CentOS 5.1 gparted

Failed to run gparted installed through yum, in xfce environment.

[rtg@rtgCent ~]$ gparted

does nothing.

[root@rtgCent rtg]# which gparted
/usr/bin/gparted 
[root@rtgCent rtg]# updatedb
[root@rtgCent rtg]# locate gparted
/etc/pam.d/gparted
/etc/security/console.apps/gparted
/usr/bin/gparted
/usr/bin/run-gparted
/usr/sbin/gparted
...

found another item in /usr/sbin/ (that can be run as root)
And it is solution:

[rtg@rtgCent ~]$ su root
Password: 
[root@rtgCent rtg]# /usr/sbin/gparted 

given me gparted window.
