Simple Plan of Plan:
1) get all tasks.
2) get all dependencies.
3) estimate 'strength' of dependencies.
4) estimate 'value' and 'price' of tasks by different dimensions
5) make sequence of tasks.
6) put time on chart to produce schedule and Gantt Chart.
