create dump:
$ svnadmin dump OLD_REPO_PATH > dumpfile
restore on another machine:
$ svnadmin create ~/SVN_REPO
$ svnadmin load ~/SVN_REPO/ < dumpfile
make first checkout
$ svn co file:///home/bugmaker/SVN_REPO/ .
