I decided to install ati drivers to make get 1440x900 resolution.
http://ati.amd.com/support/drivers/linux64/linux64-radeon.html
download,
chmod 755 ati*
from directory,
./ati-driver-installer-8-4-x86.x86_64.run, and install starts.
It was not working from scratch, however I have got the solution for my VW195D panel.
It is sufficient, that refresh rate have to be 75 Mhz, not 60 Mhz.
output of
gtf 1440 900 75
used for setting magic values in xorg.conf
here is my xorg.conf
It is still not working for the GNOME environment.
It is working for CentOS xfce and KDE, however it should wotk for other distro's like RedHat EL, Mandriva, Fedora, Debian, Ubuntu and so on...
