Procedure:
Automatically detect connected phone, and write configuration:
$ sudo wvdialconf
Edit login password and number of provider:
$ sudo vi /etc/wvdial.conf
make edits there; uncomment password, login, number
than start wvdial in terminal:
$ wvdial
It is all. Then I was able to connect to Google through lynx.
To use another browser already connected before, I have turn of another card (from tray in Kubuntu), for browsers to use network connection through phone. Then restarted Firefox, inserted address of Google and succeeded in receiving page.
To stop, go to terminal where wvdial executes; Push:
[Ctrl-C]
